1. Service Description

We offer private transportation services primarily for airport transfers, including one-way and return bookings. All trips must be pre-booked via our website, app, or contact form.

2. Booking Process

To complete a booking, you must provide:

  • Accurate personal information
  • Travel and flight details
  • Valid contact information

Important Notice

We reserve the right to cancel bookings containing incomplete or fraudulent data.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via SumUp. We do not store credit card information. Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment.

All transactions are encrypted and processed through our certified payment partner SumUp for maximum security.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation

Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time

Late Cancellations

Within 24 hours: full charge may apply

No-Shows

No refunds for missed pickups

Service Issues

Full refund or alternative for our delays/cancellations

5. User Obligations

  • You must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
  • You are responsible for providing correct flight times
  • You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or endanger the driver or vehicle

6. Driver Responsibility

Our drivers:

  • Will strive to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure
  • Reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or abusive passengers

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Missed flights due to incorrect or incomplete customer data
  • Delays due to external events (e.g., traffic, airport restrictions)
  • Lost or stolen personal items

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We recommend travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue parts of our service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Canton of Zürich.
