How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking through our website by filling out the booking form. Simply select your service type, enter your pickup and dropoff locations, choose your preferred date and time, and provide your contact information. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. For airport transfers during peak travel seasons, we suggest booking 2-3 days in advance. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards through our secure SumUp payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards. For corporate clients, we also offer invoice payment options.

When will I be charged for my booking?

For standard bookings, you'll be charged immediately upon confirmation. For corporate accounts with approved credit terms, payment will be as per the agreed terms.

Is the payment process secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through SumUp, a secure payment gateway that complies with PCI DSS standards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Zurich and the surrounding areas, including Zurich Airport, Basel, Lucerne, Bern, and other major cities in Switzerland. For destinations outside these areas, please contact us for availability.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer premium an estate car suitable for up to 3 passengers and luxury suv that can accommodate up to 4 passengers. All our vehicles are modern, clean, and well-maintained to ensure your comfort and safety.

Do you monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups?

Yes, we monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we'll adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. This ensures you won't be left waiting or charged for delays outside your control.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full amount.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
